We are a family-owned company founded in 2016, but our beginnings go back much further. Our story started in our youth, driven by a passion for model making and building model aircraft. What first began as a hobby in a workshop with a small CNC machine has gradually grown over the years into a modern CNC machining facility.
Through experience, persistence, and continuous development, we have transformed our knowledge into professional CNC machining of softer and non-metallic materials. Today, we focus mainly on machining epoxy tooling board materials, from which we produce complex, high-quality molds for the aerospace, automotive, and other industries.
Because we also have strong practical knowledge of manufacturing composite parts, we can support our customers already in the CAD design phase of molds and tools. Understanding the entire process, from concept to the finished composite product, gives us a significant advantage, as we can identify technical requirements, optimize the design, and reduce the possibility of errors early in the planning stage. If required, we can also design molds and tools independently and prepare them for production.
Most of our products are made to order and fully customized to the customer’s wishes and technical requirements. In addition to individual projects, we also carry out small series production while maintaining a strong focus on precision, quality, and a personal approach.
Besides CNC machining, we also manufacture composite products as well as scale models of aircraft and cars. Our services are complemented by laser metal cutting, laser engraving on metals, rental of laser welding machines, and rental of laser rust removal machines. Our strength lies in the combination of long-standing practical experience, technical knowledge, and flexibility, allowing us to approach every project comprehensively, from the initial idea to the final product.
